What data we process

We only process data you provide to us or that is generated by using the site:

• Identification and contact details (name, email, phone, company) — when you message us via the form or book a consultation.
• Communication content (the text of your inquiry) — so we can reply and prepare a quote.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — anonymised and only with consent for analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your inquiry and communication — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Bookkeeping and statutory obligations — legal obligation.
• Traffic measurement and site improvement — solely on the basis of your consent.

Retention period

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle it, and then for the duration of any cooperation and statutory periods. Accounting records are kept for the legally required period (usually 10 years). Analytics consent lasts a maximum of 12 months, after which we ask again.

Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only use vetted processors necessary for operations (e.g. hosting, email, the form delivery tool and the booking calendar). All processors are bound by confidentiality and act only on our instructions.
